In our Christian walk, we must be rooted and grounded first in Christ & God's word and second in a good church with an established body of believers.
If we are rooted and grounded in God's word, when we need it the roots will supply, with the help of the Holy spirit. When we are rooted and grounded in a good church, it provides a covering, it provides teaching, preaching, and other saints of God who can help nourish us with some things we might need.
